TTT is a volunteer organization founded in May of 2007 by Lynn Hultquist and Mark Saylor. Its purpose is to clean up areas of the city that are aesthetically unattractive. There are areas in Topeka that have been neglected for too long. The most obvious of those being the main corridors into and throughout the city. The parks would be the second in need of cleanup. It is important for the continued growth of Topeka that its residents, those visiting, and those who might choose to locate here feel a sense of visual pride in our city. We, as the residents of Topeka, decide how we want our community to look. It is not our intention to belittle the fine work our government agencies have done at all levels. What is important, is for us as a community to set a clear example for our city, county, township, and even our state for the kind of aesthetic standard we expect in Topeka. Please join us in this ongoing volunteer effort, because this is your city and your home.
